We’re happy to offer free shipping on most orders. Please note that while shipping to you is often free, return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item, a defective product, or a damaged item.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return grocery or beauty items?
A: No. For safety and hygiene reasons, grocery and beauty products are not eligible for return or refund once shipped.
Q: How long do I have to return other items?
A: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, items are not eligible for return.
Q: What condition must my item be in to get a refund?
A: Items must be unopened, unused, and in sellable condition to qualify for a full refund. Opened or used items may qualify for a partial refund and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, InPowerImports will cover the return shipping. If the return is for customer convenience, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders process quickly, so cancellations are limited. You must contact InPowerImports Customer Service immediately after receiving your shipping confirmation if you wish to cancel your order. If your order has not yet shipped, cancellation may be possible, but a cancellation fee may apply depending on the processing stage. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may refuse delivery or return the item following our return policy.
Exchanges
Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
A: No. InPowerImports does not process exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must return the original item if eligible for a refund and place a new order.
Delivery & Shipping Issues
Q: What happens if my order is shipped to the wrong address?
A: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Q: My order says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
A: Please check with neighbors, building staff, or household members, as packages are sometimes accepted on your behalf or left in a secure location. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact the shipping carrier directly. If you have photo evidence or delivery concerns, please share that information with us. Orders marked as delivered may require a carrier investigation, and InPowerImports will assist where possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Q: What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
A: You must provide photo or video proof of the item’s condition. If the issue is verified, we will issue a refund or replacement.
Dropshipping & Size Issues
Q: What if I receive the wrong size or an incorrect dropshipped item?
A: The same policy applies as with damaged or incorrect items. Photo or video proof is required. Refunds may be issued once verified. Exchanges are not available, and customers must place a new order if a different size or variation is needed.
Final Sale & Clearance
Q: Can I return clearance or final sale items?
A: No. All clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

Q: How long are return labels valid?
A: Pre-paid return labels, when provided, are valid for 21 days.
Q: How should items be returned?
A: Items must be returned in their original packaging and shipping box.
