Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
International shipping is available to select countries at the customer’s expense. Rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination and carrier service.
Shipping Options and Delivery Times
Free ground shipping is available for qualifying U.S. orders. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee when supported by the carrier. Delivery times will vary based on the selected service and location.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination. Delivery times generally range from 7 to 21 business days. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT or GST, and any import fees required by their country. Delivery timelines may be impacted by customs processing.
Order Processing and Handling Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days before shipment. This time allows us to confirm payment, prepare your items, and package your order securely.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the package has been scanned by the carrier. International shipments may have limited tracking once they leave the United States.
Delivery Delays
While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier volume, customs processing, or service disruptions. InPowerImports is not responsible for these delays but will do our best to assist if issues arise.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded with shipping costs deducted.
International Shipping Considerations
Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered items comply with their country’s import laws and regulations. InPowerImports is not responsible for packages that are delayed, seized, or returned due to customs restrictions or non-compliance.
If a package is returned due to customs refusal or unpaid import fees, a refund will be issued minus shipping charges, return fees, and any applicable restocking fees.
